Terms of Use
Effective date: April 29, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Sketchy Kingdoms, including the website, account system, game features, chat, community features, virtual items, premium convenience features, and related services operated by GameStudio-S, LLC. By creating an account, logging in, playing, purchasing or redeeming virtual goods, using chat, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Parent or Guardian Permission
- You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an account.
- If you are 13 to 17 years old, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the activity of minors using accounts they permit.
- We may restrict, moderate, disable, or remove access to chat or community features at any time, especially where we believe it is necessary to protect minors or other players.
2. Account Ownership and Security
- Your account must remain under the control of the original owner who created it.
- Accounts, characters, currency, virtual goods, progress, or access rights may not be sold, traded, gifted, rented, shared, transferred, or commercially exploited unless we provide written permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity on your account.
- We are not responsible for losses, scams, account disputes, or lack of support caused by account sharing, trading, selling, or attempted transfers.
3. License to Use the Game
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the game for personal entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the game, code, artwork, design, text, names, logos, systems, databases, virtual items, account data, or any other intellectual property.
4. Game Changes, Balance Changes, and No Guaranteed Progress
- The game is an evolving online service. Features, mechanics, maps, monsters, drops, items, experience rates, rewards, premium features, prices, chat access, account systems, and other gameplay elements may change at any time.
- Changes may alter the gameplay experience, reduce or increase value or usefulness of virtual items, reset or modify progress, remove features, rebalance characters, or otherwise affect how the game plays.
- We do not guarantee that any feature, item, build, reward rate, drop rate, premium feature, amount of progress, leaderboard position, or gameplay advantage will remain available or unchanged.
- We may correct bugs, exploits, mistaken rewards, duplicated items, unintended purchases, incorrect balances, or database errors by modifying accounts, items, currency, progress, or records.
5. Virtual Currency, Cash Shop, and Refunds
- Virtual currency, souls, passes, convenience features, and other virtual goods have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose, in our sole discretion, to correct an error or provide a goodwill adjustment.
- We may change prices, contents, availability, duration, behavior, or rules for premium and cash shop items at any time.
- If a purchase, charge, delivery, payment provider response, or account credit appears incorrect, contact us instead of exploiting the error. We may reverse mistaken credits or purchases.
6. Service Availability
The service may be interrupted, degraded, limited, rolled back, placed into maintenance, or discontinued at any time, temporarily or permanently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, uptime, compatibility, or continued operation of the game or any specific feature.
7. Chat, Community Safety, and Minor Protection
- Chat and community features are a privilege, not a right, and may be moderated, logged, limited, disabled, or removed.
- You may not harass, threaten, abuse, bully, exploit, groom, deceive, impersonate, dox, sexually solicit, or target any player.
- You may not ask, pressure, lure, invite, or direct any player to leave the game for another chat platform, social media account, direct message, email, phone number, server, forum, video call, voice chat, stream, handle, username, or other outside contact method. This includes Discord and any platform that may seem benign.
- You may not request or share personal information such as real names, addresses, school names, workplace information, phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, photos, locations, or payment information.
- Violations may result in warnings, message deletion, chat restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent ban, account deletion, or referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- No cheating, exploiting, unauthorized automation, bots, macros, packet manipulation, scraping, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass limits. Game-provided Auto Play is permitted only as designed within the user interface.
- No abuse of bugs, payment errors, duplicate rewards, cooldown bypasses, account creation systems, referral systems, or moderation systems.
- No uploading, posting, transmitting, or linking content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, predatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, or disruptive.
- No attempts to interfere with servers, databases, hosting, payment systems, security, moderation, or the experience of other players.
9. Enforcement, Suspensions, Bans, and Account Deletion
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, reset, modify, delete, or permanently terminate any account, character, chat access, virtual goods, currency, progress, or access to the service at any time for violations, suspected abuse, security reasons, operational reasons, legal reasons, risk to other users, or any other lawful reason, including no stated reason. We are not required to provide prior notice, appeal rights, compensation, replacement, or refunds unless required by law.
10. User Content and Feedback
If you submit chat messages, names, reports, suggestions, bug reports, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, use, and analyze that content for operating, moderating, securing, improving, and promoting the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
11. Intellectual Property
Sketchy Kingdoms, its game design, code, artwork, text, mechanics, user interface, names, logos, branding, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GameStudio-S, LLC. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, host, mirror, modify, or create derivative services from the game except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection, storage, moderation, logging, and processing described there, including records needed for account creation, safety, security, legal acceptance, and game operation.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameStudio-S, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, hosts, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, lost profits, lost data, lost virtual goods, account loss, service interruption, or loss of goodwill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service during the 90 days before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is lower.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GameStudio-S, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, hosts, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your account activity, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of another person.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where a different law is required by mandatory consumer protection law. Any dispute must be handled in a lawful forum with jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For significant updates, we may require users to re-accept the Terms before continuing to use the service.
