This Privacy Policy explains how GameStudio-S, LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information for Sketchy Kingdoms and related account, game, chat, moderation, safety, and support features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: character name, email address, password hash, account settings, admin flags, verification tokens, and account status records.
- Game information: character stats, level, experience, gold, souls, items, inventory, equipment, map location, structures, purchases, cooldowns, fatigue, Auto Play status, combat logs, rewards, and other gameplay records.
- Legal acceptance records: the date and time you accepted age, parent or guardian permission, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and chat safety requirements, plus the policy version, IP address, user agent, and acceptance context.
- Chat and community information: chat messages, names, reports, moderation actions, abuse reports, safety flags, and related logs.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device user agent, session cookies, request logs, error logs, security logs, timestamps, and hosting diagnostics.
- Payment and premium feature information: transaction status, purchase history, delivery records, subscription or pass duration, and payment provider references where applicable. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own game server.
- Support information: messages, screenshots, bug reports, email correspondence, and any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

3. Chat, Safety, and Minors
Sketchy Kingdoms is not intended for children under 13. Players who are 13 to 17 must have parent or legal guardian permission. Chat and community features may be logged, reviewed, filtered, restricted, disabled, or moderated to protect players, especially minors. Players should never share personal information, real names, addresses, school names, phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, photos, location details, or outside contact methods.
4. Cookies and Sessions
We use session cookies and similar technical methods to keep users logged in, preserve game state, protect against misuse, and operate the website. Disabling cookies may prevent login or game features from working correctly.
5. Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, security services, analytics or logging tools, contractors, legal advisors, law enforcement, or other service providers when needed to operate, secure, moderate, support, or legally protect the service. If paid features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Those providers may collect and process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. Our game records may store purchase status, delivery history, provider references, and related support details so we can grant virtual goods, investigate errors, or address disputes.
7. Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to operate the service, maintain accounts, preserve game records, enforce rules, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, protect minors and other users, preserve backups, or protect our business. Some information may remain in logs or backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping credentials private, and reporting suspected account compromise or abuse.
